    Concept & Architectural Design

    We translate your requirements and site conditions into an architectural concept with thoughtful space planning, floor plans, elevations and an overall design direction.

    3D Visualization & Design Development

    We develop the design further through detailed 3D visualizations, exterior and interior views, material selections and design details, allowing you to experience the proposed space before construction begins.

    Costing & Project Planning

    Once the design is developed, we finalize the scope, specifications and materials, prepare the project estimate and establish the execution plan and expected construction timeline.

    Duration6–12 Months

    Construction

    Once the required client-side approvals and permissions are in place, construction begins. Our team coordinates site execution, materials, workmanship and quality throughout the build, with regular progress updates.

    Interior Fit-Out & Finishing

    We bring the spaces together through coordinated interior execution, including flooring, ceilings, electrical, lighting, kitchen, wardrobes, painting, fixtures and other finishing works.

    Final Inspection & Handover

    Before handover, we conduct a final inspection, complete the remaining finishing and snag items, carry out final cleaning and ensure the completed project is ready for occupation.
