We visit and evaluate the site, studying its dimensions, orientation, access, surroundings and existing conditions. We also review applicable regulations and identify the permissions and approvals required before execution.

Concept & Architectural Design
We translate your requirements and site conditions into an architectural concept with thoughtful space planning, floor plans, elevations and an overall design direction.

3D Visualization & Design Development
We develop the design further through detailed 3D visualizations, exterior and interior views, material selections and design details, allowing you to experience the proposed space before construction begins.
The complete process continues through costing, construction, interior fit-out and final handover.
